CPD stands for ‘Continuing Personal or Professional Development’ and is defined as:
‘A commitment to structured skills enhancement and personal or professional competence’.
We offer 2 phase training with an introductory phase to our courses that will give a rounded knowledge base with an interactive session at our centre. This is followed on the day by an online phase that will reinforce the learning and give you a certificate within two days.
This training will benefit anyone wishing to learn and develop customer service skills to assist in the workplace. The course is ideal for those who deal directly with customers, and also those who manage customer service in the business.
This Risk Assessment Course is designed for anyone who is responsible for developing a risk assessment and/or enforcing safety procedures in the workplace.
The Level 2 Health and Safety Induction provides workers with the health and safety skills to identify and minimise any hazards in the workplace and ensure a safe system of work.
Manual Handling Awareness enables organisations to comply with the Manual Handling Operations 1992 by identifying the factors involved in the assessment and control of the risks associated with manual handling.
This COSHH training course gives employers and workers the information they need in order to comply with regulations in the workplace. It explains how to provide adequate control of employees’ exposure to harmful substances through methods of prevention and monitoring, details the control measures needed and advises on how to minimise risks.
All food handlers in the catering sector can satisfy their legal requirement by taking this e-learning course. The course gives learners a basic awareness of good hygiene and safety issues and meets food industry recommendations, with reference to employees preparing, cooking and handling food in catering settings.
Fire Safety Awareness aims to ensure that all workers comply with fire safety requirements and are aware of their duties to eliminate or reduce the risks associated with fire in the workplace
This moving and handling of people course gives employers and workers the information they need in order to comply with Health and Safety at Work and Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment regulations.
