New Beginnings Introduction to Care Course

**We will be re-starting our care course on Thursday 16th November.**

Caithness has a growing demand for those wishing to work in the care sector. The course will cover 8 topics with tutor-led classes in our IT suite.

This is a FREE 10 week course in which you will gain qualifications which can help you gain employment within the care sector. Over half our students have gone on to gain employment or on to further education.

Health & Well-being Market

Saturday 21st October | 11am-3pm

The Pulteney Centre will be holding the second Health & Well-being Market, hoping to build on the success of last years. This event is being organised by Caithness Health Improvement Forum with Caithness Voluntary Group, the PPP and the NHS.

There will be over 20 stalls in our main hall with information and advice on what health and well being services you can access in Caithness.

There will also be Zumba demonstrations, taster Reiki sessions and Boccia sessions ( a game similar to bowls but with softer balls for people of all abilities and health conditions.)

This event is free and there is no need to book. Telford’s Cafe will also be open during the market.
